WHAT IS OZONE?

Ozone (O3) is a naturally occurring gas existing primarily in the earths upper atmosphere and producible in small amounts with medical-grade generators. It's molecular instability makes it a reactive oxidant and potent medicine. The oxidative nature of ozone lends not only to its antimicrobial effects by forming peroxides, but also improves circulation, immune modulation, enhancing antioxidant responses, and in high doses can have inhibitory effects that are useful for certain conditions. UBI OZONE: A safe and effective medical treatment, Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation, simply referred to as UBI, is a cure that time has indeed forgotten. It is believed that exposure to ultraviolet light boosts immune function and continues to provide benefits even after the treatments are completed. Ultraviolet blood irradiation has a cumulative effect; initial treatments are usually followed by maintenance treatments. WHAT DOES THE UBI THERAPY PROCURE INVOLVE?

The UBI Ozone procedure involves inserting a small catheter, similar to giving blood, into a vein in the forearm. A small amount of blood is removed with sterile technique; approximately 6 ounces. The blood passes through a flat quartz cuvette, is irradiated with ultraviolet light in a closed, airtight, sterile circuit and returned to the blood stream. PROLOZONE: Prolozone is derived from the Latin word "proli" which means to regenerate or rebuild, and the word ozone. Ozone is the most highly active form of oxygen in the universe. Prolozone uses the power of oxygen to cause damaged tissues, joints, ligaments, and tendons to regenerate. Prolozone injections are used to treat pain and inflammation directly. The ozone oxygen gas is injected following mixture of anesthetics, vitamins, and homeopathic remedies. By increasing oxygen circulation and oxygen utilization of the affected tissues, prolozone has been very successful in treating both chronic and acute pain. Injections can be done into joints, subcutaneous and deep tissues, backs, and scars.

HOW DOES PROLOZONE WORK?
